Woody's RV Calgary is urgently hiring full-time Journeyman RV Technician!

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Computer skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Must be organized and self-motivated
• Possess verbal communication skills
• Motivated team player
• Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
• Having completed the Recreation Vehicle Service Technician Apprenticeship is considered an asset

Description: 

• Woody’s RV World is looking for a proven, detailed oriented team player to lead our payroll departments. The qualified candidate will have experience in a supervisory role(s), and 5 plus years of experience in people services and payroll. The candidate will have strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines through efficient and effective work. An intermediate to advanced background in MS office and experience with accounting and payroll software is required.

Job duties include:

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees:
• Development of procedures and templates for onboarding and offboarding employees
• Administer benefit changes. Primary contact for employees and managers who require assistance or have questions on their benefits.
• Assist managers with employees who go on disability leave. Facilitate discussion between employee, benefits administrator and manager
• Establish clear outlines and timeframes for employees on disability leave
• Assist managers with WCB. Primary contact with WCB for all communication regarding claims
• Establishing policies and procedures for processing payroll with oversight from CFO and Controller
• Supervise payroll staff, review payroll processed by payroll technician and process payroll in absence of staff member
• Administrator of HRIS system
• Responsible for creation and development of management reports surrounding payroll
• Development of template forms for new hires, terminations and disciplinary actions
• Responsible for applications for government funding and apprenticeship applications
• Involved in the annual renewal, design and development of benefit package in combination with the CFO and Controller
• Filing of WCB annual returns, processing T4s for employees
• In combination with the CFO and Controller, development of employee handbook, policies and procedures.

• Receive phone ups and walk ins daily
• Manage your leads and inquires through DealerSocket
• Have extensive knowledge on the product to best educate customers on the functionality and features of the unit
• Have a clear understanding of the unit deliver process when the sale is completed

Minimum Requirements:

• Administrator skills with previous office and switchboard experience
• A punctual team player who is able to work independently
• A person who is self-motivated, resourceful and pays attention to detail
• Possess a valid license and vehicle to commute to our location in Saskatoon
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Previous office and/or reception experience is considered an asset

Job Responsibilities:

• Pleasantly greeting all customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner
• Ensuring all guest and customers are looked after during their visit
• Effectively directing calls over a multi-line switchboard
• Assisting with inventory management, checking in, loading pictures, removing.
• Providing support for the other departments, typing letters, data-entry, and filing
• General office administrative duties including office supplies, faxing and mail
• Managing the front desk ensuring coverage with P/T reception
• Hiring and training Part-time reception as required
