Description: 

We are looking for a Sales Manager to help lead our expanding sales team at Canada’s premier RV dealership, Woody’s RV World - Red Deer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong selling & negotiation skills together with the ability to analyze market performance while maintaining a positive atmosphere & image.
  • Establish long & short term sales goals, control of RV inventory and CRM.
  • Provide continuing training and development, regular coaching & motivation.
  • Facilitate the operation of an efficient & effective dealership, while continuing to build a strong customer base and managing customer opportunities.

  • Previous RV Sales experience preferred, backgrounds in sales of other high ticket items will be considered.
  • Highly motivated and driven by a strong desire to succeed.
  • A team player with high personal goals.
  • An outgoing person with a positive attitude.

  • Receive phone ups and walk ins daily

  • Have extensive knowledge on the product to best educate customers on the functionality and features of the unit

Service & Warranty Writer

Description: 

Woody’s RV World Abbotsford is looking for a full-time - RV Service & Warranty Writer

Minimum Requirements:

  • RV knowledge is an asset!
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
  • Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and efficient manner
  • Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned at a later date:
  • Book Appointments
  • Open new work orders, accurately recording customer information and requirements
  • Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Deal with customer requests and questions in a timely and friendly manner
  • Keep customers updated as needed regarding ongoing repairs and offer explanations for work required and/or suggested so that customers can make informed decisions
  • Inform customers of upcoming repairs/services required
  • Confirm that all work and pricing is approved by the customer prior to work being performed
  • Monitor activities at service counter including customer contact, parts shipping and receiving
  • Complete various clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, sorting/filing, etc.
  • Receiving customer payments
  • Monitoring our online text messaging service
